This is a chance to photograph the incredible and vibrant local fish market, which is a bustling scene of commerce, people, and a massive variety of birds. You will spend the night in the tranquil coffee-growing highlands.

Day 10: Arba Minch and Dorze Tribe. Travel to the area around Arba Minch to visit the mountain-dwelling Dorze tribe. Here, you will photograph their unique, towering “elephant-shaped” bamboo huts and their traditional cotton weaving process. Later, a boat trip on Lake Chamo offers action shots of hippos and massive Nile crocodiles.

Day 11: Jinka and Mursi Tribe. Drive into the Omo Valley toward Jinka and Mago National Park. This day is dedicated to visiting a Mursi village. The photography focus is on the unique Mursi women known for their lip plates and the men for traditional scarring and elaborate body adornments.
